Highlights for the month of December 2010:

  • Total Sales Volume for the month of December was $54,261,900 making this the highest volume sold per month for 2010.

  • Total Units sold for the month of December were 79 down from the 156 compared to December 2009.

  • The total Sales Volume for all of 2010 was $512,100,114 a 16% increase from the 2009 total.

  • The Units sold for all of 2010 was 1,817 a 71% increase from the 2009 total.

  • Total Fractional sales sold for 2010 were 1,123 compared to 516 for 2009.

  • Residential Improved Units sold for 2010 were 485 compared to 374 from 2009.

  • For 2010 the Mountain Area had the highest Volume sold with $218,226,500, then Fractional with $94,356,800 and Downtown saw a volume of $40,907,300.

  • Sales of Residential Units sold of 1 million dollars and above increased from 74 for 2009 to 104 for 2010.

  • Units sold for the month of January were 136 units and 25% more than the units sold in January 2010.

  • Residential improved units sold for the month of January were 35 compared to 28 from January 2010.

  • The Mountain area had 20 sales this January compared to 22 last January.

  • The Downtown Area had no sales last January and 6 this January.

  • Residential improved units sold for $500,000 and below were 18 compared to 11 in January 2010.

  • Residential improved units sold for 1 million and above were the same at 11 sold for both this January and last January.

  • There were 12 bank sales in January 2011, totaling $5,284,700.

  • The Average bank sale price was $440,392 per unit.

  • Bank sales accounted for 12.56% of the overall gross volume for the month.

  • Total Units sold for the month of November were 93 down from the 131 compared to November 2009.

  • Year to Date Total Sales Volume has reached $457,838,214 a 28% increase from the same period through 2009.

  • In 2009 the total sales volume for the whole year was $439,774,300.

  • 33 of the 48 Residential Improved units sold in November were for $500,000 or less.

  • The Steamboat Mountain area continues to lead sales with $9,673,000 or 35% of the total sales volume for the month.

  • YThe Downtown Area was second in sales volume with $4,075,000 or almost 15% for the month.

  • No sales to report over $1.5 million

  • There was one sale over $1M to report:
