Last month we were able to collect and analyze all the data from the year 2008. As you see, we have provided a lot of statistics for you to review in this newsletter if you are interested.

2009 could be a historical buying opportunity in Steamboat Springs. Sellers are willing to negotiate if they sense they are dealing with a qualified buyer.

Savvy buyers know that the best way to make a purchase happen is to educate themselves on the market, focus on the type of property that they would like to own and start making offers. Recent interesting news for Steamboat Springs was a letter of intent signed by the Ritz Carlton, a five star hotel operator. This luxurious property will be located at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area.
